1. Piping noise:
a. Loose or broken piping clamp.
b. Defective compressor.
c. Defective expansion valve.
2. Blower noise:
a. Blower touching case.
b. Defective blower motor bearing.
3. Compressor noise:
a. Compressor mount or mounting bolts loose or broken.
b. Defective compressor.
c. Improper amount of compressor oil.
d. Insufficient amount of refrigerant.
4. Magnetic clutch noise:
a. Seized or worn bearings.
b. Insufficient clearance between pressure plate and rotor.
5. Compressor drive belt noise:
a. Loose drive belt.
6. Idle pulley noise:
a. Seized or worn bearing.
