FIGURE 1 Shows the correct rotation of the one-way clutch # 2. While holding brake reaction plate in your left hand, and the planetary in your right hand, the planetary should rotate freely counterclockwise, and lock clockwise.

FIGURE 2 Holding the brake hub in your left hand and the sun gear in your right hand, the sun gear should turn freely counterclockwise. and lock clockwise.
