Throttle Position Sensor: Testing and Inspection
1.
Make an angle gauge as shown above.
2.
Set the throttle valve angle to 61° or 71° from a horizontal plane.
3.
Using an ohmmeter, check the continuity between each terminal.
4.
If continuity is not as shown above, adjust
throttle position sensor.
