Throttle Position Sensor: Testing and Inspection

THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR INSPECTION
Check the resistance between the terminals.
- Unplug the connector from the sensor.
- Insert a thickness gauge between the throttle stop screw and stop lever.

- Using an ohmmeter, check the resistance between each terminal.

- If resistance is not as indicated, adjust throttle position switch as described under Service and Repair. Service and Repair
