PRODUCTION CHANGE INFORMATION:

To improve the durability of the valve body separator plate on the A340 series A/TM, the C-2 check ball has been discontinued and the following valve body modifications have been made.


(1) Steel Ball (for C-2) Discontinued

(2) Release Control Valve Discontinued

(3) Plug Discontinued

(4) Shift Valve Plug Seat Discontinued

(5) Release Control Plug Added

(6) Straight Pin Added

(7) Valve Body No.1 Gasket Modified

(8) Valve Body No.2 Gasket Modified

(9) Lower Valve Body Assy Modified

(10) Valve Body Plate Modified
