Expansion Valve: Service and Repair
Sedan/Hatchback:
Wagon:
1.
Remove cooling unit from vehicle and disassemble.
2.
Disconnect the liquid tube from the inlet fitting of the
expansion valve.
3.
Remove the packing and heat sensing tube from the suction tube of the evaporator. Remove
expansion valve.
4.
Reverse procedure to install.
