Starter Motor: Service and Repair
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Disconnect electrical connectors from
starter motor, then remove attaching bolts and starter motor.
On some models it may be necessary to disconnect the intermediate steering shaft to gain access to the starter motor. 3.
Reverse procedure to install.
