Condition: Sound fluctuation, ST (Stereo) indicator lamp flickering and muffled sound.

Cause: The auto tone control (ATC) circuit is adjusting to reduce static noise caused by poor reception conditions.

Correction: Changed ATC circuit characteristics to improve sound fluctuation, ST indicator lamp flickering and muffled sound.
