Component Inspection

Disconnect the connector from the Water Temperature Sensor.
2.
Using an Ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.
Testing Water Temperature Sensor:

Refer to the specification chart and compare readings with appropriate temperature parameters.
Water Temperature Sensor (THW):

If readings are not as specified, replace the Water Temperature Sensor.
