Electronic Brake Control Module: Service and Repair

EXCEPT CELICA 4WD
1. On models equipped with CD player, remove audio power amplifier attaching screws, then remove.
2. On Pickup and 4Runner, remove glove box assembly.
3. On all models, remove computer cover, as required, then the computer retaining screws.
4. Pull out wire harness from clamp on bracket, then pull out connector from clamp on bracket.
5. Disconnect electrical connectors, then remove computer.
6. Reverse procedure to install.

CELICA 4WD
1. Remove rear seat cushion. then the mounting bracket retaining bolts and ground terminal.
2. Disconnect electrical connectors, then remove computer retaining bolts.
3. Remove computer from bracket.
4. Reverse procedure to install.
