Water Temperature Switch - A/T Only
Water Temperature Sensor Switch:
Water Temperature Sensor Switch Inspection:
- Using an ohmmeter, check that there is no continuity between the terminal and switch body when the engine coolant temperature is below 98°C (208°F).
Water Temperature Sensor Switch Inspection:
- Using an ohmmeter, check that there is continuity between the terminal and switch body when the engine coolant temperature is above 105°C (221°F).
- If continuity is not as specified, replace the switch.
