EGR Temperature Sensor: Testing and Inspection
EGR Temperature Sensor Circuit:
INSPECTION 1.
Remove AND inspect
EGR Temperature Sensor.
Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.
Resistance:
69 - 89 k ohms at 50°C (122°F)
11 - 15 k ohms at 100°C (212°F)
2 - 4 k ohms at 150°C (302°F) If the resistance is not as specified, replace the sensor.

Reinstall
EGR Temperature Sensor.
