With 0.54 mm (0.021 in) clearance between stop screw and lever
between terminals IDL - E2 Infinite

With throttle valve fully open
between terminals VTA - E2 2.0 - 11.6 k Ohms
between terminals VC - E2 2.7 - 7.7 k Ohms
