Control Module HVAC: Testing and Inspection

INSPECT AMPLIFIER CIRCUIT










1. Disconnect the amplifier and inspect the connector on the wire harness side, as shown in the chart.

Test conditions:
- Ignition switch ON
- A/C switch ON
- Temperature control lever MAX COOL
- Blower control switch HI

If circuit is as specified, try replacing the amplifier with a new one. If the circuit is not as specified, inspect the circuits connected to other parts.










2. Connect the connector to A/C amplifier and inspect wire harness side connector from the back side. as shown in the chart.

Test conditions:
- Ignition switch ON
- A/C switch ON
- Temperature control lever MAX COOL
- Blower control switch HI

If circuit is not as specified. replace the amplifier.
