Check
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Check the pads for excessive wear and discs for runout. Check calipers for leaking fluid. Check the hoses and lines for leaks, damage, chafing and corrosion. Repair any faults immediately.
Tighten/Torque
    Body and Frame
      Re-tighten seat mounting bolts to specified torque. Re-tighten suspension member mounting bolts to specified torque. Check chassis nuts and bolts for tightness.
Inspect
    Suspension
      Check the suspension and steering linkage ball joints for looseness and damage. Check all dust covers for deterioration.
    Steering
      Check for excessive freeplay in the steering wheel. Check the linkages for bending and damage. Check any dust boots for cracking, deterioration and damage. Inspect the gearbox/steering rack for signs of leakage.
    Fuel Supply Line
      Inspect fuel lines and connections for signs of leakage and damage.
    Fuel Filler Cap
      Inspect fuel filler cap gasket, replace if necessary.
    Exhaust System
      Inspect for exhaust pipe and mountings for looseness and damage.
    Constant Velocity Joint Boot
      Check the driveshaft boots and clamps for cracks, deterioration or damage. Repack the grease if necessary. Retorque the flange bolts.
Replace
    Timing Belt
      Or every 72 months which ever occurs first. Check for leaks. Check sprockets for wear or damage.
    Spark Plug
      Replace with correct type and gap according to manufacturers specification.
    Oil Filter, Engine
      Replace every 4 months or 5000 miles.
    Fluid - M/T
      Replace fluid and check for leaks.
    Fluid - Differential
      Replace fluid. Check for leaks.
    Fluid - A/T
      Service fluid and filter. Check for leaks or damage.
    Engine Oil
      Replace every 4 months or 5000 miles.
    Coolant
    Air Filter Element
Rotate
    Tires
      Check inflation pressures. Inspect tires for debris, damage or uneven wear.
