Removal and Installation







COMPONENTS

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE DRIVE BELT




a. Loosen the lock bolt, pivot bolt, nut and adjusting bolt.
b. Remove the drive belt.

2. REMOVE GENERATOR
a. Disconnect the generator connector.
b. Remove the nut, and disconnect the generator wire.

Torque: 9.8 Nm (100 kg.cm, 7.2 ft.lb)

c. Disconnect the wire harness with the clip.




d. Remove the lock bolt, pivot bolt, nut and generator.

Torque:
- Pivot bolt: 59 Nm (600 kg.cm, 43 ft.lb)
- Lock bolt: 29 Nm (300 kg.cm, 21 ft.lb)

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
