REMOVAL





1. DISCONNECT BRAKE LINES
Using SST, disconnect the brake lines from the valve body.
SST 09023-00100
2. REMOVE LSP & BV ASSEMBLY





a. Remove the lock nut and disconnect the adjusting bolt from the rear suspension arm.





NOTICE: At the time of installation, please refer to the following item. Set spring length A to initial set length and temporarily tighten the lock nut.
Initial set length (Unladen): 222.5 mm (8.760 inch)





b. Remove the 2 mounting bolts and LSP & BV assembly.
Torque: 29 Nm (300 kgf-cm, 22 ft. lbs.)
c. Remove the 2 nuts and LSP & BV from the bracket.
Torque: 13 Nm (130 kgf-cm, 9 ft. lbs.)


INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
AFTER INSTALLATION, FILL BRAKE RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID, BLEED BRAKE SYSTEM, CHECK AND ADJUST FLUID PRESSURE AND CHECK FOR LEAKS
