Disassembly and Reassembly
DISASSEMBLY1. REMOVE A/C SWITCH, AIR INTAKE SWITCH AND DEFOGGER SWITCH
Using a screwdriver, release the claw and pull out the switch backward.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
2. REMOVE 3 KNOBS
3. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL NAME SHEET
a. Remove the 2 screws.
b. Using a screwdriver, release the 4 claws and heater control name sheet.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
4. REMOVE HEATER BLOWER SWITCH
a. Remove the bulb.
b. Disconnect the bulb holder.
c. Remove the 2 screws and pull out the switch.
5. REMOVE HEATER SWITCH
Remove the 2 screws and pull out the switch.
6. REMOVE AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL CABLE
a. Set temperature control dial to "MAX", "COOL" position.
b. Using a screwdriver, open the claws of outer cable clamp and disconnect outer cable.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
c. Remove the control cable.
REASSEMBLY
1. INSTALL AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL CABLE
a. Insert the inner cable to control lever.
b. Push the outer cable and clamp the outer cable.
2. INSTALL HEATER SWITCH
Install the switch with the 2 screws.
3. INSTALL HEATER BLOWER SWITCH
a. Install the switch with the 2 screws.
b. Connect the bulb holder.
c. Install the bulb.
4. INSTALL HEATER CONTROL NAME SHEET
Install the heater control name sheet with the 2 screw.
HINT: After installation, check the fitting for claws
5. INSTALL KNOBS
6. INSTALL A/C SWITCH AND DEFOGGER SWITCH
