Removal And Installation

REMOVAL
1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT FROM RADIATOR




2. DISCONNECT UPPER RADIATOR HOSE.

3. DISCONNECT RESERVOIR HOSE.




4. REMOVE RADIATOR UPPER SUPPORT.
a. Remove the 3 hood lock set bolts.
b. Remove the center brace set bolt.
c. Remove the 2 radiator cover set the hone.
d. disconnect the connector from the hone.
e. Remove the earth wire set bolt.




f. Remove the 6 bolts and radiator upper support.




5. REMOVE CONDENSER FAN.
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the 3 bolts and condenser fan.
Torque: 7.5 Nm (80 kg.cm, 69 in.lb)

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
