Repair Procedure:
Since heat deformation of the cladding occurs more easily than with bumpers, repair and refinishing of cladding panels is not recommended. If original parts are to be refinished, observe the following precautions during the refinish/drying process:

1. To prevent cladding warpage, hold the cladding panels firmly in place and keep the drying temperature below 50° C (122° F).

2. Since the cladding and bumpers are made of flexible plastic urethane material, use a 2-part urethane finish paint system with plasticizer for all bumper/cladding repairs.
