Introduction
The power door lock system may intermittently not unlock the doors on the first activation when using a key or the RS 3000 remote (on equipped vehicles). The Body ECU, contained within Junction Block No. 1 (J/B), has been improved to correct this condition. Junction Block No. 1 has been made available separately as a service part.

This repair is covered under the Toyota Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle's in-service date.
