Disassembly and Reassembly

DISASSEMBLY




1. w/o Navigation system:
DISASSEMBLE INTEGRATION PANEL
a. Remove the knob.
1. Pull out the dial knobs.
2. Using a screwdriver, pull out the switch knobs.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.




b. Remove the A/C amplifier.
1. Remove the 6 screws and cover.




2. Disconnect the connector and remove the amplifier.




c. Remove the diff lock and hazard switch
1. Using a screwdriver, pull out the switch knobs.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.




2. Remove the screw and switch.
3. Using a screwdriver, turn the bulb to the left and pull out the bulb.




d. Remove the heater control
1. Remove the 3 nuts from the control switches.




2. Remove the screw and heater control ,then disconnect the connectors.




e. Remove the control switches. Disconnect the connectors and remove the switches.
f. Remove the bulbs.
Using a screw driver, turn the bulb to the left and pull out the bulb.




g. Remove the heater control lenz.




2. w/ Navigation system:
DISASSEMBLE INTEGRATION PANEL
a. Remove the knob.
1. Pull out the dial knobs.
2. Using a screwdriver, pull out the switch knobs.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.




b. Remove the A/C amplifier.
1. Remove the 5 screws and cover.
2. Disconnect the connector and remove the amplifier.




c. Remove the diff lock and hazard switch
1. Using a screwdriver, pull out the switch knobs.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.




2. Remove the screw and switch.
3. Using a screwdriver, turn the bulb to the left and pull out the bulb.

REASSEMBLY
Reassembly is in the reverse order of disassembly.
