Disassembly and Reassembly

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL CABLES




a. Pull out the outer cables.
b. Remove the inner cables.

2. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL NAME PLATE
a. Remove the 3 knobs.




b. Remove the 7 screws.
c. Remove the heater control name plate and printed wire integration board from the heater control assembly.

3. REMOVE CLOCK INTEGRATION BOARD




a. Remove the 2 screws and heater control switch cover




b. Remove the 4 screws and clock plate.
c. Remove the connector.

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL CLOCK INTEGRATION BOARD




a. Install the clock plate with the 4 screws.




b. Install the heater control switch cover with the 2 screws.

2. INSTALL HEATER CONTROL NAME PLATE
a. Install the 4 switch knobs to the heater control name plate.
b. Install the 3 knobs.




c. Install the heater control name plate and printed wire integration board with the 7 screws.

3. INSTALL HEATER CONTROL CABLES




a. Install the inner cables as shown in the illustration.
b. Install the outer cables.
