Transmission Temperature Sensor/Switch: Service and Repair

TEMPERATURE SENSOR
REPLACEMENT

1. REMOVE TEMPERATURE SENSOR
a) Disconnect the temperature sensor connector.
b) Remove the temperature sensor.

2. INSTALL TEMPERATURE SENSOR
a) Install the temperature sensor.
Torque: 15 Nm (150 kgf-cm, 11 ft. lbs.)
b) Connect the temperature sensor connection

NOTICE: Be careful not to twist the harness.

3. INSPECT AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID
