AIR CONDITIONER CONTROL ASSEMBLY

Air Conditioner Control Assembly:

OVERHAUL

1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER CONTROL ASSEMBLY
2. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL HOUSING SUB-ASSEMBLY




a. Release the 4 fitting claws, remove the 5 screws.




b. Disconnect the connector, remove the heater control housing sub-assembly.

3. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL BULB
a. Remove the air conditioning control bulb from the heater control base sub-assembly.




4. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL BASE SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 9 screws and heater control base sub-assembly.







5. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL BULB
a. Install the air conditioning control bulb to the heater control base sub-assembly.
