Air Injection Pressure Sensor/Switch: Service and Repair


PRESSURE SENSOR (TURBO PRESSURE SENSOR)
(2ZZ-GE) REPLACEMENT

1. DISCONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
2. REMOVE PRESSURE SENSOR (TURBO PRESSURE SENSOR)







a. Unfasten the clip, then separate the wire harness protector.







b. Disconnect the pressure sensor (turbo pressure sensor) connector.

c. Remove the 2 bolts.







d. Disconnect the vacuum hose, then remove the pressure sensor (turbo pressure sensor).

3. INSTALL PRESSURE SENSOR (TURBO PRESSURE SENSOR)


Torque:..............................5.0 N.m (51 kgf.cm5 44 in.lbf)

4. CONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL


Torque:..............................5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf)
