Torque Specifications

Bearing Caps Torque

Install the 5 bearing caps.
Install and uniformly tighten the 10 bolts of the bearing cap is several passes, in the sequence shown.
Torque:
1ST 22 Nm (220 kgf-cm, 16 ft. lbs.)
2ND Turn 90°

Connecting Rod Cap
Install the connecting rod cap with the 2 bolts.
Torque:
1ST 15 Nm (150 kgf-cm, 11 ft. lbs.)
2ND Turn 90°

Crankshaft Pulley
Using SST, install the pulley bolt.
Torque 128 Nm (1,300 kgf-cm, 94 ft. lbs.)
