Air-Fuel Ratio Sensor

REPLACEMENT

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
2. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR




a. Disconnect the 2 air fuel ratio sensor connectors.
b. Remove the 2 air fuel ratio sensors from the exhaust manifold.

3. INSTALL AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR




a. Using SST, install the 2 air fuel ratio sensors onto the exhaust manifold.

SST 09224-00010

Torque: 44 N.m (449 Kgf.cm, 33 ft.lbf)

b. Connect the 2 air fuel ratio sensor connectors.

4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Torque: 3.9 N.m (40 Kgf.cm, 35 in.lbf)

5. CHECK FOR EXHAUST GAS LEAKAGE
