Key Slot
INSPECTION 1.
INSPECT KEY SLOT
a.
Remove the key slot.
b.
Measure the resistance of the key slot.
If the result is not as specified, replace the key slot.
c.
Inspect the key slot illumination.
1.
Connect the battery positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 2 and the battery negative (-) lead to terminal 6, then check that the illumination comes on.
OK:
Illumination comes on.
