AIR CONDITIONING: CONDENSER: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL WITH RECEIVER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the with receiver condenser assembly with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 87 in-lbf)





(b) Install the 2 radiator upper supports with the 2 bolts.
2. INSTALL DISCHARGE HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the attached vinyl tape from the hose and connecting part of the with receive condenser assembly.
(b) Sufficiently apply compressor oil to the new O-ring and hose joint.
Compressor oil:
ND-OIL 8 or equivalent
(c) Install an O-ring to the discharge hose sub-assembly.





(d) Install the discharge hose sub-assembly to the with receive condenser assembly with the bolt.
Torque: 5.4 Nm (54 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)
3. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING TUBE ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the attached vinyl tape from the pipe and connecting part of the with receive condenser assembly.
(b) Sufficiently apply compressor oil to the new O-ring and pipe joint.
Compressor oil:
ND-OIL 8 or equivalent
(c) Install an O-ring to the air conditioning tube assembly.





(d) Install the air conditioning tube assembly to the with receive condenser assembly with the bolt.
Torque: 5.4 Nm (54 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)
4. CHARGE REFRIGERANT (Service and Repair)

5. WARM UP ENGINE
6. INSPECT LEAKAGE OF REFRIGERANT (Service and Repair)
