Installation
2TR-FE STARTING: STARTER:INSTALLATION 1.
INSTALL STARTER ASSEMBLY
(a)
Install the starter with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 37 Nm (377 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf) (b)
Connect the starter connector.
(c)
Install the starter wire harness with the nut.
Torque: 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf) (d)
Install the terminal cap.

CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Torque: 3.9 Nm (40 kgf-cm, 35 in-lbf)
