JF1A TRANSFER: 4WD CONTROL ECU:

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (for Regular Cab)
(a) Remove the front door scuff plate RH (Removal).

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (for Double Cab, for CrewMax)
(a) Remove the front door scuff plate RH (Removal).

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

3. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH
(a) Remove the cowl side trim board RH (Removal).

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH (Removal)

5. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (Removal)

6. REMOVE 4WD CONTROL ECU





(a) Disconnect the 2 ECU connectors.
(b) Remove the bolt and ECU.
