DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT
Service and Repair 3.
REMOVE ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR
(a)
Disconnect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.
(b)
Using SST, remove the engine coolant temperature sensor.
