Remove the steering column upper cover.

REMOVE IGNITION OR STARTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY
(a)
Disconnect the
ignition switch connector and un-lock warning switch connector.
(b)
Remove the clamp.
(c)
Remove the 2 screws and
ignition switch.
