2AZ-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR





(a) Install a new gasket onto the engine coolant temperature sensor.
(b) Using SST, install the engine coolant temperature sensor.
SST: 09817-33190
Torque: 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15ft-lbf)
(c) Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.
2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET ASSEMBLY Installation
5. ADD ENGINE COOLANT Testing and Inspection
6. CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS Testing and Inspection
7. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
