Installation








P310 HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL: HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU





(a) Install the 2 brackets with the 4 screws.
Torque: 3.0 Nm (31 kgf-cm, 27 in-lbf)





(b) Install the hybrid vehicle control ECU with the 2 nuts and bolt.
Torque: 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)
(c) Connect the 6 connectors to the hybrid vehicle control ECU.





(d) Install the 2 nuts and certification ECU (Smart Key ECU Assembly). (w/ Smart Key System)
Torque: 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)
(e) Connect the clamp. (w/ Smart Key System)
(f) Connect the 2 connectors to the certification ECU (Smart Key ECU Assembly). (w/ Smart Key System)
2. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
3. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
4. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY RH Installation
5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH Installation
6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
