Reassembly

INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT CONSOLE BOX: REASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL LOWER CONSOLE BOX





(a) Install the lower console box.
(b) Install the 5 screws.
2. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Lower Console Box)





(a) Install the console compartment door lock sub-assembly with the 2 screws.
3. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Lower Console Box)
(a) for under tray:




(1) Install the console compartment door lock sub-assembly with the 2 screws.
(b) for console box lid:




(1) Install the console compartment door lock sub-assembly with the 2 screws.
4. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX CARPET (w/ Lower Console Box)
5. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION (w/o Lower Console Box)





(a) Install the 2 console compartment door cushions to the console compartment door.
6. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION (w/ Lower Console Box)
(a) for under tray:




(1) Install the 2 console compartment door cushions to the console compartment door.
(b) for console box lid:




(1) Install the 2 console compartment door cushions to the console compartment door.
7. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the console compartment door sub-assembly with the 2 screws.
8. INSTALL FRONT CONSOLE END PANEL (for 2WD)





(a) Engage the 2 guides and 10 claws, and install the front console end panel.
9. INSTALL FRONT CONSOLE END PANEL (for 4WD)





(a) Engage the 2 guides and 8 claws, and install the front console end panel.
10. INSTALL FRONT CONSOLE BOX CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Engage the 4 claws.





(b) Install the front console box cup holder sub-assembly with the 2 screws.
