1NZ-FXE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR
(a) Install the sensor with the bolt.
Torque: 7.5 Nm (76 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf)
(b) Connect the sensor connector.
2. INSTALL INVERTER WITH CONVERTER
(a) Install the inverter with converter Installation.
3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
4. ADD HV COOLANT Coolant (for Inverter)
5. ADD ENGINE COOLANT Testing and Inspection
6. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Engine) Testing and Inspection
7. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Inverter)
8. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER Installation
9. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER RH
10. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER LH
11. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
(a) Perform initialization Repair Instruction - Initialization.
NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
