BRAKE CONTROL: STEERING ANGLE SENSOR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL STEERING ANGLE SENSOR





(a) Install the steering sensor onto the spiral cable.
2. PLACE FRONT WHEELS FACING STRAIGHT AHEAD
3. INSTALL SPIRAL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
4. INSTALL STEERING COLUMN COVER LWR Installation
5. CENTER SPIRAL CABLE Installation
6. INSTALL STEERING WHEEL ASSEMBLY
7. INSPECT STEERING WHEEL CENTER POINT Installation
8. INSTALL HORN BUTTON ASSEMBLY Installation
9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
- Make sure that the cable has been disconnected from the battery terminal for at least 2 seconds before reconnecting the cable.
- Connect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal with the front wheels facing straight ahead.

10. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
