1GR-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR: ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

1. INSPECT HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR
(a) Disconnect the 2 sensor connectors.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance (for Bank 1 sensor 2):

Standard resistance (for Bank 2 sensor 2):

If the result is not as specified, replace the sensor.
(c) Connect the 2 sensor connectors.
