1AR-FE ENGINE CONTROL: ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR





(a) Install a new gasket to the sensor.





(b) Install the engine coolant temperature sensor.
Torque: 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15ft-lbf)
(c) Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.

3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
5. INSTALL NO. 1 VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE ASSEMBLY Installation
6. ADD ENGINE COOLANT Service and Repair
7. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK Testing and Inspection
8. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
9. INSTALL OUTER COWL TOP PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
10. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK
(a) Install the windshield wiper motor and link Installation.
11. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER
12. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
