NAVIGATION / MULTI INFO DISPLAY: NAVIGATION ECU: REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH Removal

3. REMOVE NO. 3 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH Removal

4. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

5. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH Removal

6. REMOVE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Removal

7. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX DOOR KNOB Removal

8. REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL Removal

9. REMOVE NAVIGATION MODULE BOARD WITH DISC PLAYER BRACKET

(a) Detach the clamp.





(b) Remove the 2 screws and nut.

(c) Disconnect the navigation module board connectors and remove the navigation module board with disc player bracket.

10. REMOVE NO. 2 DISC PLAYER BRACKET





(a) Remove the 2 screws and bracket.

11. REMOVE NO. 1 DISC PLAYER BRACKET





(a) Remove the 2 screws and bracket.
