Disassembly

INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT CONSOLE BOX (w/o Cool Box): DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY Removal

2. REMOVE HEADPHONE TERMINAL (w/ Rear Seat Entertainment System) Removal

3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL HOLE COVER (w/o Rear Seat Entertainment System)

(a) Remove the 2 screws.





(b) Detach the 7 claws and remove the hole cover.

4. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX POCKET

(a) Remove the box pocket.

5. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX MOUNTING BRACKET

(a) Remove the 4 screws and bracket.





6. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 4 screws and door.





7. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 screws and lower box.





(b) Remove the 2 screws and door lock.





8. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 4 screws and upper box.





(b) Using a moulding remover, detach the 12 claws and remove the inner door.





(c) Remove the 4 screws and door hinge.





9. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK

(a) Remove the 2 screws and door lock.
