1. READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (DOOR COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH)

(a) Operate the Techstream according to the display and select "Data List".

3. INSPECT FRONT DOOR COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH LH

(a) Remove the front door courtesy light switch LH Removal.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPLACE FRONT DOOR COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH LH Removal
OK -- Continue to next step.

4. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT DOOR COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH LH - MAIN BODY ECU)

(a) Disconnect the K2 switch connector.





(b) Disconnect the E1 ECU connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- REPLACE MAIN BODY ECU

5. INSPECT FRONT DOOR COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH RH

(a) Remove the front door courtesy light switch RH Removal.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPLACE FRONT DOOR COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH RH Removal
OK -- Continue to next step.

6. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT DOOR COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH RH - MAIN BODY ECU)

(a) Disconnect the L1 switch connector.





(b) Disconnect the E2 ECU connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- REPLACE MAIN BODY ECU

7. INSPECT REAR DOOR COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH LH

(a) Remove the rear door courtesy light switch LH Removal.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPLACE REAR DOOR COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH LH Removal
OK -- Continue to next step.

8. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REAR DOOR COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH LH - MAIN BODY ECU)

(a) Disconnect the K3 switch connector.





(b) Disconnect the 2C ECU connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- REPLACE MAIN BODY ECU

9. INSPECT REAR DOOR COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH RH

(a) Remove the rear door courtesy light switch RH Removal.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPLACE REAR DOOR COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH RH Removal
OK -- Continue to next step.

10. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REAR DOOR COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH RH - MAIN BODY ECU)

(a) Disconnect the L2 switch connector.





(b) Disconnect the E2 ECU connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- REPLACE MAIN BODY ECU

11. INSPECT BACK DOOR LOCK

(a) Remove the back door lock Disassembly.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPLACE BACK DOOR LOCK Removal
OK -- Continue to next step.

12. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (BACK DOOR LOCK - MAIN BODY ECU AND BODY GROUND)

(a) Disconnect the S1 door lock connector.





(b) Disconnect the E2 ECU connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- REPLACE MAIN BODY ECU
