DESCRIPTION
* When a transmitter switch is pushed, the following occurs: 1) the door control receiver receives the transmitter signal; 2) the door control receiver sends a signal to the main body ECU; 3) the main body ECU sends the operation permission signal to the power window regulator motors; and 4) the power window motors are activated.
* When the driver door key cylinder (key linked switch) is turned, the following occurs: 1) the door lock motor receives the signal; 2) the door lock motor sends the signal to the main body ECU; 3) the main body ECU sends the signal to the power window regulator motors; and 4) the power window motors are activated.
INSPECTION PROCEDURE
PROCEDURE
1. CHECK BASIC FUNCTION (WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM AND POWER DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM)
(a) Check that all the doors can be locked and unlocked with the wireless transmitter and the driver side door key cylinder (key linked switch).

2. CHECK MANUAL UP/DOWN FUNCTION
(a) Check that all the power windows move when the manual up/down function of the master switch and regulator switch is operated Operation Check.
OK:
All power windows move.
NG -- OTHER PROBLEM (GO TO PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE) Problem Symptoms Table
OK -- Continue to next step.
3. CHECK REMOTE UP/DOWN FUNCTION
(a) Check that all the power windows move when the remote up/down function of the master switch is operated Operation Check.
OK:
All power windows move.
NG -- OTHER PROBLEM (GO TO PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE) Problem Symptoms Table
OK -- REPLACE MAIN BODY ECU (COWL SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK LH)
