1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP

2. INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE
(a) Measure the battery voltage with the power switch off.
Standard Voltage:
11 to 14 V
(b) If the voltage is below 11 V, replace or recharge the battery before proceeding to the next step.

3. CHECK NAVIGATION SYSTEM
(a) Refer to the navigation system How to Proceed With Troubleshooting.

4. CHECK COMMUNICATION FUNCTION OF CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM*
(a) Use the Techstream to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally.

5. CHECK FOR DTC*
(a) Check for DTCs and note any codes that are output Advanced Parking Guidance System.

(c) Recheck for DTCs. Try to prompt the DTC by simulating the original activity that the DTC suggests.
