2ZR-FXE BATTERY / CHARGING: BATTERY: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD (for Separate Type) Removal

2. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX Removal

3. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD Removal

4. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

5. REMOVE AUXILIARY BATTERY

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 3 rear floor board plate upper.





(b) Open the battery terminal cap.





(c) Loosen the nut, and disconnect the positive (+) battery terminal.

(d) Remove the nut and bolt.





(e) Remove the battery thermometer sensor connector.

(f) Remove the battery clamp.

(g) Disconnect the battery ventilation hose.





(h) Remove the battery.
