Removal

EXTERIOR: FRONT BUMPER (w/ Under Guard): REMOVAL

1. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER Removal

2. REMOVE CENTER HOOD CUSHION Removal

3. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR Removal

4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD LH Removal

5. REMOVE FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD RH Removal

6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER





(a) Using a screwdriver, turn the pin hold clip 90° and remove the pin hold clip.

HINT
* Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
* Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
(b) Remove the retainer.

Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.





(c) Put protective tape around the bumper cover.

(d) Using a clip remover, remove the 4 clips.

(e) Remove the 8 screws.





(f) Detach the 4 claws and remove the bumper cover.

(g) Disconnect the 2 fog light connectors.

8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER CENTER STAY SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

9. REMOVE LOW PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY Removal

10. REMOVE HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY Removal

11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER UPPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT Removal

13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH Removal

14. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH Removal
