Disassembly

INSTRUMENT PANEL: LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR STOPPER SUB-ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE FUSE BOX OPENING COVER

(a) Detach the 2 claws and 2 clips, and then remove the cover.





3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD COVER

(a) Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the instrument panel safety pad cover.

HINT
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.





4. REMOVE COOLER THERMISTOR (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

(a) Detach the claws and remove the cooler thermistor.





5. REMOVE NO. 1 INTERIOR ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY (w/ Smart Key System)

(a) Detach the claws and remove the interior illumination light.





6. REMOVE NO. 2 INTERIOR ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY (w/ Smart Key System)

(a) Rotate the lights in the direction shown in the illustration, disconnect the wire harness clamps and remove the interior illumination light.





7. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Detach the wire harness clamps and remove the antenna cord.
