(a) Check if the voice on the other side can be heard using a cellular phone.
OK:
Voice can be heard.
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE CELLULAR PHONE
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. CHECK AUDIO AND VISUAL SYSTEM
(a) Check that sound from the audio system can be heard from the driver side speaker.
OK:
Sound from the audio system can be heard.
HINT
If sound from the audio system cannot be heard, proceed to "No sound can be heard from speakers. (Audio is mute.)" in Problem Symptoms Table Problem Symptoms Table.
